Manual tranny Cooling lines?

Did I see 2 cooling lines in front of my Manual Transmission, or what are those lines for. They are positioned just behind the Clutch on the front of the transmission opposite side of the slave cylinder, on the driver side. I never though of tracing where they go but I am puzzeled about what these lines are there for.

This should be in drive train section
