LED dome lights no power

I took my stock bulbs out of the domes and put in LEDs but the lights wont come on. Do I need to replace the interior light relay or something stupid I overlooked?

Throwing this out:

If you put the stock bulb back in do they work?

Can the LEDs go in two different ways? If so, have you tried to reverse them?

what he said, they have a right and wrong polarity. Switch them around, people have blown the fuses too tho. Check both of those.

Yes the stock bulbs work when I put them back in. I had a spurt of light when I put one of them in but after that it was nothing.

Have you tried the reverse install? I think if the stock bulbs work, the fuses are probably good.
Do you know someone else with a Superduty to try them in?

I got some 9 LED units off amazon and I LOVE them! They are SUPER bright and really help at night compared to the stockers. Plus, I prefer the blue/white glow rather than the yellow tinged glow.
