#17 fuse keeps blowing, no dash, fog, or running lights?

After I installed a radio yesterday, my fog, dash, and running lights stopped working. My headlights and blinkers work, but the #17 fuse keeps blowing. I put a 30 amp fuse in to see if it would blow that and all of my lights work. I don't think it's very safe to do this though. What could it be?

Check your wiring connections on the back of the stereo, something tells me that you possibly have a wire that is grouding out or short curciting some where back there.
