Exclamation Electrical Problem

I have a 2006 F-350 6.0l and I will randomly lose power to my instrument cluster (the back lights, air bag lights, battery lights, and blinker lights still work but not glow plug light check engine light etc.) my radio will lose power but can still eject CD's and if i hit the menu button it will tell time. My power windows, rear slider, and moon roof will also lose power, and dome lights will lose power. Once in a great while i will also lose power to my climate controls and the blower motor. These problems are intermediate and sometimes will lose power for 5 seconds or 2 days. Doesnt matter hot, cold, wet, dry, or if the engine is running or not. Most of the time if i turn the key off and turn it back on it will turn everything back on but then shortly after everything will lose power again. Just recently the door locks have been acting weird as well. If the key is in the ignition it wont allow the doors to lock, they will just pop back up. but once in awhile even if i have the key out of the ignition they will still pop back up after locking. I have checked every fuse, every relay, and every connection imaginable and still no luck.
