i noticed that no one on here mentioned anything about elemental designs. they make a very nice shallow mount 10" that hangs with the best and for a very good price. no, i am not a dealer. just trying to give some options to some of you out there. Elemental Designs check these out. get 2 of these along with a nine .2 amp and you'll be set. clarence |

hi ebusa thats a great looking set up you have there... after some looking I can see from other posts thats a pioneer box and sub...did you look at the 12"...or will this not fit...wondered why you'd go 10... looks like you went with 6x9 in the front are they component if so where did you put the tweeter... just curious what deck did you use....did you keep the rear speakers??? thanks Last edited by Gwar : 03-19-2008 at 05:03 PM. |

The 12'' Pioneer Box and Sub was too big to go behind the seat, which is why I went with the 10''. I have memphis 6x9's in the front doors and I'm still using the rear factory speakers. The door speakers have the tweeters in them and they are angled upwards. (not sure what component means) I've got the Alpine CDA-9857 Head Unit. Works great for Sirus and my Ipod that is in the glove box. I've got two 400W InterFire Amps. One for the sub and one for the 6x9's. It is loud and clean sounding. |

Well, I was thinking of going with the 12 shallow Kicker Comps, 2 behind the seat, and was thinking of perhaps having them ported firing up- I have always had sealed and been impressed as it helps with the quick kick drums of rock and country, as I listen to everything-
Any input here guys would be appreciated... thoughts.... suggestions... past experiences... etc EVERYONE WELCOME |
