digital gauge display in head unit

Hi guys, I've recently installed a headunit with a 7" touchscreen (it's in my sig). Anyways, I was wondering if there was anyone that made something that you could use to view your gauges through a video input. Is there any way that I could view the gauges through the screen on my head unit? Maybe somebody knows what I'm talking about.

Publications and Standards from the National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) / NMEA 0183Marine gauges (new ones) have that feature, so the gauges can be monitored on a GPS/radar screen
