CTS doesn't turn on

About once a week my CTS makes a noise when I turn my key on and then doesn't turn on. It's done this about once a week for almost a month, and I've only had it for a month. Has anyone else had this problem?

Mine will make a noise at me sometimes too. At that point i just unplug it and plug it back in and she seems to work... should you have a bigger problem than that i would check the fuse for the OBD2 port

Yeah that's what I've been doing too. I just figured it shouldn't do that. I made sure it was updated, so I know it shouldn't be a software problem.

not that uncommon of an issue , the cts , insight , edge evo 2 ,not all of them but have seen quite a few do that from time to time , most just unplug it and plug it back in and it works fine , i dont have the answer as to why but have seen it many times on alot of edge digital gauges

I saw the first problem with mine about 3 weeks ago. I was goin down the road, checked for any new DTC's, came back to the main gauge screen, and the thing got all twitchy on me. I pressed the menu button, it stopped and I havnt seen it since. I chalked it up to a glitch. At least once a week has gots to be annoying and may warrant a replacement. Try calling Edge, they may ask you to plug it while you're on the phone so they can look at it, kinda like what the cable company does to your cable box
