2003 6.0 - Popping #113 Fuse (starter)

Haven't had any issues until this morning. Went to start the truck and it would not turn over. All lights worked, etc. I tested the batteries with a volt meter and they were 12.5+ with the truck off.

Manually started it and it was fine. Originally thought it was something with my remote start, but it ended up being the under dash #113 fuse.

I put a new one in there and it started up just fine. A few hours later it popped again.

Are there any particular areas that I should be narrowing down to check for loose connections, etc?

Anyone know where the fusible links are that come off the battery? They supposedly can come loose, but I have no idea what I'm looking for.
