Moonroof

Hey guys. A quick question. Anyone know anything about moonroof on an 06 f250? It makes noise and acts like it wants to work when you press the button but it doesn't do anything. Any idea off hand?

Sounds like maybe the motor is working but the plastic gears are stripped?
