well the vents stopped working and after a lil bit of looking around found that the line on the drivers side behind the wheel was disconnected i just simply plugged the nipple back in with no change after that

can u hear the vacuum pump run for a second while it sucks down the reservoir ? ( highly technical term I used there ) when key on but not start the truck

that line was for your auto hubs but will only cause a loss of vacuum for less than a minute when selecting 4x4

If the vacuum pump is working and there are no leaks you may want to cycle the transfer case switch. Mine had that problem before and doing that cleared it up.

Does your truck have 4 wheel drive? If not, then you won't have the tranfer case switch. In which case ignore my previous post. If you have 4 wheel drive then it's the switch on the dash that puts the truck in 4 wheel drive. Just switch it to 4 Hi for a few seconds then back to 2 wheel drive.
