Trying to decide between a pair of
Exide Northstar PL-AGM65 950 cc amps
OR
Interstate MTP-65 mega-tron plus 850 cc amps

any suggestions -experience-comments ? other batteries?

also will be upgrading to a 230 alternator soon

First off Dad, hows that new baby doin? Slept yet? lol
As far as the batts, I go with the Interstate when ever I can and I have yet to have one fail me. As soon as the truck needs new batts thats what you'll find in mine!

its been great man thanks, Layla has been sleeping like a champ at night from 10pm - 6 am we wake her to feed but she doesn't wake up or cry just passes back out after , a little fussy burping when she occasionally has gas but its been a great experience , we got a lucky one , the only thing we found out when she was born that we didn't see in the ultra sound , was clubbed feet from her position pre-birth , but she will wear some casts for a bit.

I am leaning toward the Exide Orbital 900 cca reason being its the same price as the Interstate with an extra 10 months of warranty NQA replacement. Another thing that is pushing me was a friend of mine works on the sub station end of out power company out here in Boston and he said all the back up batteries are Exide which was kind of reassuring

Well, then get the Exide... Either one will do fine!

Either or.

Both are a good choice.

Can't really go wrong with a Motorcraft either.
