Intermittent battery light

I am getting an intermittent battery light. Doesn't seem to matter whats going on. I could be on highway, city street, stop light anything. It just comes on. It may stay on for a few minutes or just a few seconds. My CTS reads 13.9-14.1 doesn't fluctuate or anything. No codes. Previous owner had same issue. He put a new alternator and batteries and still does it. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks in advance.

Had same problem in my 05 was my alternator one diode kept burning out and and would stay charging. Replaced the alt and itkept doing it but the problem was they kept giving me the wrong one. There are two different alt for the 6.0 one is before built date sept 04 and the other is after sept 04. The pre sept 04 the wire is mounted on the top and after sept it is on the side more towards

From looking at my alternator, the wire is on top. So that should be the correct one since my build date is 9/03.

i have the same problem 03 modle, charges great , lite will come at any time ,no pattern thanks
