accessory power problem

hey guys

working on a friend of mines truck , truck is a 2006 ford f-350 4x4 6.0l
problem we are have is start the truck up in the moring everything works fine , if you shut the truck off after 1 min or 3 hours (doesnt seem to matter ) the accessory power doesn't work as well as the guage cluster, truck will start , but no glow plugs , injector ticking is not as loud as it is when the truck is not doing it , i also found if you filp the key on and off a couple time (if everything is good right ) everything goes out , wondering if they is a transformer in the system that is screwed

truck has two new batteries , battery cables are clean and tight , pulled all the trucks ground i could find and cleaned them in and out , all the fuse are good , replaced the delay relay , checked fuse panels for corrosion, checked for rubed wires ,

wondering if anyone has has this problem before ,

Ive got a 2006 F-350 lariat CC LB 4X4 6.0 and im kinda having the same problem and cannot find the problem. Once in a while while driving my gauges and odometer will all shut off( gauge back lights still work), radio will shut off, dome lights, power windows, rear sliding window, and moon roof will all lose power intermittently. Sometimes for 3 seconds sometimes 30seconds and sometimes a few minutes. The performance of the truck is not affected at all, still runs and drives fine. Ive replaced the delayed relay and checked all the fuses under the dash and under the hood and everything is fine, no corrosion either. All i have heard is the gauge cluster itself going out will cause all the other problems as well.....any help would be appreciated....thanks in advance http://www.powerstroke.org/forum/images/smilies/1zhelp[1].gif
