name that ground wire!

I'm having issues with the trans on my Ex ('04 2wd). We are thinking it is an electrical issue. We found a little rats nest under the turbo made from the insulation around the battery. Also found a ground wire (see attached photo) that has broken free. Can't figure out where it is supposed to connect. Can someone with an 04 PSD Excursion pop the hood and tell me where it goes?

Thanks!

It being a ground strap, instead of just a wire, I'd think block possibly instead of just for one item.
