Battery light flashing...why?
Does not happen all the time but my 2005 fx4 6.0 250 keeps flashing the battery light while driving. It flashes sometimes and sometimes it stays on for about 10 seconds. I have 2 brand new optima batteries and they test dime. The alt also test fine. What could this be?

Thatīs usually a sign that your alternator is on it's way out.
