Won't start

A few months ago, I was listening to the radio with the ignition switch on acc., and when I started the truck, the headlights didn't work with the headlight switch on auto. Had to be switched to "on". Later, I was keeping track of my mileage on a trip, and the odometer zeroed on it's own. This past week, it has not wanted to start in the morning. Yesterday afternoon, it started, but after the speedometer and other guages pegged, and I noticed the odometer zeroed again. Today, it won't start. Just makes a clicking sound and all the lights flicker. They're not dim, just flickering. Anyone else had this problem?

These batteries were installed new about 16 mos ago. I'm thinking short because of the odometer zeroing out while I was driving, but I'm not a mechanic or a techie. I was just wondering if this is another problem that's unique to the 6.0.

Check which relay runs the cluster. That relay may be bad
