Brake Lights, Turn Signals stopped working..

this morning when leaving my house to pick up my son, i turned on my signal and noticed it had the rapid flash, so i thought my bulbs went out, can home popped off my tail lights bulbs are fine, try my right turn signal, rapid flashing also. then after so investigating i noticed i also have no brake lights, either bed side, or 3rd light on top. checked all my fuses with a 12v tester. all tested fine, changed out my flasher relay by the steering column, rapid flash stopped. still no turn signals in rear. keep in mind my front and mirror signals are functioning properly. so i did some research, found out a lot of faulty multi function units. replaced that, still no luck. the same bottoms bulbs on the tail lights turn on when the truck is in reverse, so to the best of my (self taught, self learned) knowledge, i dont believe i have a broken, cut or exposed wire, although i may be wrong. when i turn my signals on and test the socket with a voltmeter, i have nothing. so im stumped and have tried everything ive been able to research and think of.. this is a 2006 f250xlt 6.0... any suggestions?
