Intermittent Power Loss

Yesterday while im driving down the road my radio kept cutting on and off. As im wondering what in the hell is going on i also notice my gauges arent working and i cant roll my windows up and down. Complete loss of power inside the truck. Today everything seems to be working like nothing ever happend, the only thing that is weird is my radio is really dim. If i turn off the lights it SLOWLY gets brighter. This is not normal bahavior, has anyone experienced this problem and if so how did they fix it.

Sounds like either fuses or the over drive wire in your column. Sometimes they get rubbed bare and short like that.
