Wiper washer starts with key on, wiper switch off
My wife drove our 2003 Excursion 6.0 to Dr. this morning. When she went back out to start it the wiper washers came on and would not shut off unless she turned the key back off. The wiper switch is in the off position. Disconnected the batteries to reset everything and now when you turn the key on the wipers sweep one to two times and stop. Any thoughts?
