iPhone and pioneer help!

I have a pioneer double din head unit in my truck model AVH-P3200DVD. I am having issues with it recognizing my iphone and Samsung Galaxy phones. I don’t have music stored, I stream Iheart radio. About a month ago my CD wouldn’t eject so I manualy reset the head unit to get the CD out (via little pin button). This reset everything and spit out my CD.

At this time, it stopped recognizing my phones. It WILL recognize my USB thumb nail drive with tunes though. My phones will work via the 3.5 mil jack which isn’t as good.

Both phone have Bluetooth on and discoverable. Now a friend drove my truck and his Iphone did work via the USB port. And my Iphone works in another car via usb. Any ideas what is going on here? Is there a setting some place that I don’t know about? Something not synced up?
