DC power altenator install

I wanted an upgraded, hi amp altenator because of my amp, airdog, hids and whatnot. The stocker just didn't keep up at idle.

I installed it a few weeks ago, along with upgraded battery wires

I ordered it from straight from dc power. I had a difficult time getting them to ship it out. It was over a month after I ordered it before it shipped. I paid ~500 for it shipped.

That's the 4awg wire going straight to the batteries from the altenator

from what i remember from the last time i talked to them all alternators now are built to order... they told me it takes around 3 weeks before they are shipped out

Sweet, cant wait to order one of those myself. So u did u add a second wire to both batteries from teh alternator or replace teh stock wire? What size gauge did u go with ?

They told me it had been shipped out several times, but the track number wouldn't work. They lied to me for over and over until I said f it, send me my money back. When I said that they magically came up with the parts that they said were on back order and sent me the alternator the next day. I'm happy with the product, but disappointed in the service.
