problem with the fuse panel

I have a prob with the fuse panel, when ya hit a hard bump or ruff pavement the odometer and the radio will blink off so i got out and got to the fuse box. With the truck idling you can just push on the fuse block and the same thing happens all the grounds seem to be tight and the plugs are good and snug. anyone have any ideas?

Hey, i found this post and i realize that it is old but im having the same issue with my 2002 F250. Just wondering what you ever came up with. Did you end up replacing the fuse box?

I found fuse panels from the wreckers for $100. Check all your fuses, if they all check out pull the fuse panel off check all connections, pull lightly on all wires see if any are loose.
