Glowshift Gauges

Hey guys, has anybody had any experience with Glowshift gauges? I have been considering purchasing their Max Tow series fuel pressure gauge. Looks to be a decent unit and the price is right considering what Edge wants for a the stuff needed to read on my CS. Read some mixed reviews and don't personally know anybody that has them. Are they worthwhile, or should I just pony up for the Edge stuff?

I have glowshift gauges in my truck and all are accurate to the "T" with the exception of the oil temp it has slowly gotten less accurate as time goes on. Had mine for 2 years and love them. I have the elite 7 series gauges for 100 psi fuel pressure 300* oil temp 2400* pyro and 60 psi boost.

Thanks for the response Tuscany, nice build thread btw. Yeah the thing I like about this gauge is that it uses what appears to be a 5v reference sensor and matches my factory gauges. I already have all the pids on my CS I want to watch and Edge's pryo on order. Plus I got a spiffy idea of how I'm gonna mount it. I'll just save the money from buying the gauge and buy something else I need like the turbo timer... or beer.

I run a glowshift triple pillar pod with elite 7 color serires 60 psi boost, 100 ps fuel pressure, and 2400 degree pyrometer. I have had them all verified with higher priced name brand gauges and they are dead accurate.

Good deal thanks, I'm gonna get it. Would like to do a pillar pod, but got all I need else with my CS. And like i said kinda matches the factory cluster.

IMHO you can never monitor to much I have a triple pillar pod and run the 8 pid display on my CTS so I run 11 gauges at once and will soon have 3 more in a triple pod above the rear view mirror

I'm going to flush mount it in the blank panel right above my upfitter switches and tow command ( I guess 4x4 switch would have been there I got a bare bones truck with manual 4x4).

Dont worry some of us with esof envy your manual 4x4. Stupid vacuum leaks.

Ive had no problems with my glowshift gauges. I have the 3 gauge combo with A pillar mount. (fuel psi, exhaust temp, oil psi) I would buy them again if I had to.

Thanks darsey yeah love the interior no carpet, good ol bench seats so I can hose the ol girl out. Less stuff to break and worry about in my eyes. Plus kinda fun adding the amenities as I go ( upfitters, Pioneer head unit w/backup, etc) Got a big weekend of Standpipes, d plugs, changing to T6 oil, and installing my new pyro for my CS, wish me luck!
