blown fuse, radio won't work (HELP!!)

I have a 2006 F-250. I was trying to hook up a keyless entry system and I was poking around in the power lock connector to figure out what wires were which, and how it worked. I checked the continuity between pegs when buttons were pushed with out the connector hooked up. I found out that the unlock wire recieves 12 volts to unlock I tried jumping the wires to get the door to lock/unlock. I heard a snap and knew it was a fuse....

So that's what I did, now here's the problem: Radio (or other dash controls) won't work. I checked every fuse, the only fuse that was bad was number 29, which is labled "Customer Access" I replaced the fuse, it blew, I stepped it up to a 15A, and that blew. I am out of ideas. Anyone else have any?? Thank you in advance for any help!!
