Anybody get the Edge Data logging to work?

Updated My Edge CS a few weeks ago, and for the first time, tried to record some data on a long trip. I hooked it up to MyStyle, it opens the log, but there is no data. In googling it, I ended up on a duramax forum where there was a thread basically stating there was a bug and tech support was working on it. I couldnt find a thread here, so I figured Id start one. Has anybody had this problem? Anybody have a solution yet? Anybody had any success with the logging feature? Thanks for any and all input

Just updated mine on Monday so I haven't had the chance to try it out yet. When I do I'll post back.

I have run a 20 min run on mine and had it load to MyStyle. Are you sure you started the logger properly? You have to start the truck, go in and start the logger pick a file to save to then go back to the gauges. If you turn the CTS/CS off it stops logging or if you go back to the logger program itself it stops.

I usually start it before I pull out of the driveway and just let it log what ever I do while driving somewhere. The nice thing is it logs 10 different things so you can compare RPM to MAF to Boost and things like that.

I went through all the proper steps in attempting to get it to log. It registers that there is a log, but shows nothing. I called EDGE and as I suspected, there are some bugs the engineers are working on and they told me it would be a week or so. I dont believe the week to be true, but I'm not going to get too bent about it. I think their product is still good and at least they admit the issue and are working to correct it

Apparently I am the only one that has gotten it to work. I did have one in slot one that was blank but the second one in slot two was fine and logged a good 20 min of data.

I haven't heard anything since I contacted them, and haven't checked to see if there are any updates. I last updated the insight when I created this thread.

Any news on the data logging? I tried twice, using data log #1 of 10 on the CTS. I selected log file #1, turned it to "On" then ran the truck for a few mins watching the CTS gauge screen, then went back to data logging menu and turned that file to "Off".

When connected to the computer, selected Data Logging from main menu, showed 2 files, but neither one would open. It said there was an error in the files and that the PID headers were missing.

Anyone get it to work, and if so, what steps did you take?

Maybe I messed up. Maybe I should try the other data log files (#2-10).

Have you updated lately? I gave it some time after the data logging feature came out, tried another update and mine started working. I was having the same problem you are

I did download the updates about a month ago (& assumed it was still up to date), but checked it today, and there was a new version to install. I will try the unit with that one and see if the datalogging works.
