Heater question

I apologize if this has been brought up somewhere already. Couldnt find anything on it...

Anyways, when i have my heater/ac/anything blowing air into my cab, doesnt matter if its feet, defrost, ac, etc... My truck makes a "clicking" noise every, hmm i say 9-10 seconds coming from under the hood... I dont know if it is supposed to do it or not, it makes the click noise then goes down in rpms, then makes it again then goes back up in rpms... Thanks in advance.

Have you popped the hood to see if it's the AC compressor kicking in / out?

Click noise=ac compressor kicking on. Promise. Runs with heat as well, creates a mixing affect to cool the heated air down a little. Otherwise the heater would blow a little to hot. Like well over 100* hot

What would I be doing right now if I didn't have an iPhone?
