Radio Wire Help

Can some one tell me what these two wires are for on the radio wire harness plug? One is red-ish and the other is black green tracer.

they both had ttabs on them (from a previous owner) going top a wire that was not plugged into anything, just hanging under the dash. I was cleaning up the wires and removed the ttabs and now the radio wont turn on. I checked the first wire to the left of the red and it has power. when I unplug then re-plug thes harness into the radio I can hear the cd changer spin or move....

Stock Deck?

Just some ideas: aftermarket radio alarm, module that allows stock stearing wheel controls to be used with aftermarket deck, remote wires to an amp (usually blue though), again these are just guesses sorry.
