2004 f250 Lariat fog and head light problems

Ive got an 04 250 and I swapped the front clip to an 07 Harley Davidson. The fogs haven't worked since I got the truck (no bulbs) and now that I have this new front clip my headlights are dim and my fogs some times work in the auto setting, but they always work when I cut the switch to the manual mode. Also the high beam indicator looks like it is always lit bit when the highs are on it gets brighter. Anyone have any clue as to what it could be? I have 55w 10000k hids in my fogs and whatever name brand bulb that came with my headlights (halogen). It will eventually be all 55w 10000k hids. This all happened, well at least I noticed it) after I had a minor wreck. It only messed up the lower part of the front bumper, fogs, and the fog busted the a/c condenser. So I put the Harley clip on it.
