Will this work?

Okay I'm trying to do my research. As far as I'm aware this set up I'm getting will work. I searched the site and found where this site and plan on this box

Ford F-250/F-350 Supercrew Cab 99-07 Dual BTS Subwoofer Box

With these subs.

Infinity 1242w

Infinity Reference 1242w 12" subwoofer with dual 4-ohm voice coils at Crutchfield.com

I have a f250 crew cab. The subs have a top mount depth of 5 1/8 and the box is 5 1/4. And then the box fits behind the back seat?
