SCT canned towing options

Hey guys, I am going out to Sturgis for the rally next weekend, so I was doing some stuff with the truck yesterday. Went to put the canned towing tune from my X3 into and, and as I was scrolling through the options, I came across one that said either normal, or "aggress tow" which I assume means aggressive tow. Can anyone tell me the difference in these two? Also, what about the other options in there about 1-2 WOT, etc. I assume those just make the transmission shift harder? Do you guys run the firmer shifts on your tuners?
