How do u program key fob's?

I received two used key fob's with other parts I bought from someone. Need to program to my truck. Need info on how to. Thanks,Todd

On my truck it was: cycle ignition 7-8 times (the door locks will cycle once programming mode is enabled, leave the ignition on at that point), press lock/unlock on new fob, turn ignition off and that's it. Pretty sure that was it. I can't fully remember. I googled it when I did it to mine. Super simple to do though

Yes, sounds right but you must do all the fobs each time or only the one that you did will work. So when you do the reprogramming make sure you have all the fobs with you and do them in succession all at one setting... Did mine two weeks ago, dealer tried and messed up the second fob would not work till I redid it by pressing the button on one fob and then the button on the other fob... Around page 71 in owners manual...

just make sure you have every clicker with you when you enter programming mode

you are teaching the PCM the signal of each clicker while programming. so if 1 isn't present, it won't work.
