heated mirrors not working

Hey all just as the title states my heated mirrors aren't working. They don't get warm anymore and I'm curious as to why. The rest of the power mirrors work just not the defrost on them. Any obvious reasons I'm missing as to why this is happening? Thanks.

I checked the fuse multiple times.. Oh it got cold this winter trust me there was plenty of snow and ice to be melted off but never did because they wouldn't defrost.

Well I could see one failing although not common

I can't see two failing at the same time without it being wiring / fuse related

well here is the back story on that... It had both the factory heated power tow mirrors on it before last winter. I was driving me and my wife home from dinner one night in a storm and a tree branch fell and ripped the passenger mirror clean off the truck. I then ordered a new one and put it on and it worked fine just like the stock one. ( it was made by cool-vue) then out of no where the heated mirrors both stopped working.
