My Brother's electrical Problem...

Here is an email from my brother,Jeff It is in quotes below:

" I have a 2003 ford f250 diesel 4X4 with the 6.0 engine. The window and lock and mirror switches on the drivers door stopped working. When the truck is running and the key is on. When the key is off before you open the door the lock switch will then function properly but the window and mirror switch still do not the driver window switch will make a buzzing noise when I push it. Any suggestions? Thanks"

He also said the local mechanic suggested he had wire chafing at the harness in the door jam.

See this a lot in F-150s, that is definitely one place to start

Yea I had a F150 company truck that did all this stuff. They replaced the computer and it fixed it.
