Help, burned out fuse slot, stuck in Park
On my 07 F250 the fuse slot that controls the brake pedal gear shift interlock is burned out, I have to start the truck in netural. I piggy backed the original fuse with a fuse for a second device, the second device went haywire and should have blown it's fuse but it didn't. When I took out the piggy back device and tried to reinstall the original fuse it just fell out, it won't stay in or make any kind of contact. Now I'm stuck in park. Any Ideas? If i use an inline fuse how do I identify what wires to fuse?
