no idea what it is making funny sound

ok just got done installing my cruise control and now I have a weird clicking noise coming from under the dash in my 03 crewcab. Was wondering if any body knew what it was before I tear the dash apart it is located right behind the cigarerrete lighter and the little cubby in the dash. Thanks for the help guys.

found it. it was the blinker flasher what a place to mount it traced the wires back to the turn singal selector on the column wire rubbed through. Luckly had a spare one.
