Moving rear seat

Posted this over in interior discussion but may be better here:

Not sure how everyone else is fitting subs in their trucks... I threw the eBay box in with two image dynamics 8" woofers and the seat goes in but my woofers hit the back of the seat while playing producing a popping noise. How do I move the seat forward? anyone have any pics?

I see people getting 3/4" which should be enough to clear my subs but the seat rails don't seem to have more than .5" of room to drill toward the back on the flat part of the bracket. Are you just putting washers between the bracket and the front bolt on the seat?

I know someone that had some spacers made. Mine required me to remove my back seat to get the box installed, but there's enough space that my sub doesn't hit the back of the back seat.

I guess my sub has more excursion than I thought as it smacks the set pretty good!
