F350/F450 electronics compatible?

I want to get a new head unit through Crutchfield, but they don't have a 2004 F-450 as an available vehicle to choose and check compatibility etc. I thought the only difference between the 350 and 450 was suspension/drivetrain, so I'd guess that any electronics that would work in a 350 would be fine in my truck? Just looking for some validation from the .org


I thought this might have been covered before, but my searches using various terms didn't turn up anything. I apologize if this has been beat to death already.
