Aftermarket addon lights

Alright here goes. In the planning stages for what I want to do for my 05 CC LB dually. I want to light my baby up! I have seen a few good trucks on here with add on lights such as in the front and down the sides. I'm a 4th generation truck driver and as you all should know by now the one thing that truckers love next to chrome is lights. So just asking what has worked for you? What brand of lights work best and which ones to avoid if you don't mind me asking.

Thanks for the tip. One thing though is I have read in these forums that not everyone thinks to highly of Recons quality. Are there any other manufactures that one can get some good lights from? I know of Truck Lite but they are a little high on the $$$ if you know what I mean. Basically are there just as good lights out there for a cheaper price?

I've also read some guys having bad luck with them but my personal experience with them has been very good. I have their tailgate light bar, cab lights, and mirror lenses. I'm about to buy the LED tail lights. I have a friend who has their headlights on his f150 and so far so good. And their prices are reasonable. I would say go for it and if you do have a problem recon will defiantly take care of it.

I'd stay away from recon stuff. If you want LED bulbs, go to Retro-Solutions.

Recon has more unhappy customers than satisfied customers. Search them on this site and others and see what the consistent feedback has been.

I had a list of stuff I was going to get from recon, but backed down. Their reputation has been going downhill...
