Pioneer avic-x940bt
I wanted to get a unit with navi but found out that the 930bt was no longer being made so i thought i would wait for its replacement. Got it yesterday and did the install today. Went very well, nice radio with a good amount of features. I will add some likes and dislikes the more i use it and get to know about it.

I finally started installing my 930BT today. Its really a nice unit and much nicer then my old F700BT. I was wondering where did you end up mounting your gps antenna though? I had my old one of the dash for 2 years and it worked okay but this time around I wanna install it properly on the roof or something. |

Does the 930 do voice commands? I have the 920, and I remember reading that the 920 did something the 930 didn't. I just don't remember what it was

I popped out the light sensor panel and ran the wire for the gps between that and the dash right in the center, my buddy put his in the same place. I havent had a problem yet.

I've had 3 different GPS/DVD units and I've always just had it in the corner of the dash and haven't had any problems. It's out of sight and won't let anyone on the outside know that I have "something" with a satellite antenna inside the truck
