Can i still get those upfitter switches?

2006 King ranch f250 all decked out just without a moon roof and those badass upfitter switches... Where or how much can i get these for?

Just heard back. It was a ebay for dealer like the one RGSMDNR just posted. And yes you need the kit as the truck doesn't have the wring harness for the switchs in it already...
