help with heat
2007 f250 heat only comes from the defrost even with it set at the floor or towards the body. Is there a fuse or something that controls it?

Check your coolant it is probably low. Also if you have low coolant you may have oil cooler troubles.

It's a vacuum issue.

Just had a failing vacuum pump replaced; located on passenger side front fender replaced, this controls pressure to engage 4 wheel drive as well as heat control. Was told that that when the unit fails the heat will default to defrost only nothing else. This may be your problem, hope this helps you. Here is the part # of the unit 6C3Z 2A451 A. Look it up through google to get a picture of what the pump looks like.
