Overhead trip computer

The trip computer on my 2005 Excursion is not turning on anymore. Have been looking for the fuse, but don't know which one it is. Somebody can help me.

Thanks,
Marcel

Are you sure it's a fuse? Mine stopped working because the actual board failed. I sent it out for $30 to get fixed. If it has been getting dim then chances are it failed.

This is very common and is an easy fix. Usually it's the resisters that come loose. I had mine stop working and when I removed it found there were 2 resisters that came loose. A little soldering fixes it. Check the other soldiers while your there and you should be set. Mines been working for the last 4 years with no other issues.

It pops off. No screw holding it in. Once removed there are screws to remove it from the unit. But to get it off it only held on by clips.
