Ghost in truck

I have a 2003 F250 super duty xlt fx4. After the truck is shut off and the key removed from the ignition, sometimes the Interior Lights will flash, Locks will lock and unlock, radio will come on all by itself. I'm not sure what the problem is and need a little help. I thought it might be the ignition but when I shake the ignition switch while it is acting up it doesnt do anything to stop it. I checked the delayed accesories relay but it is working as advertised. Also if you open the door while it is acting funny it stops. Not sure what else to check.

Is there a remote start or aftermarket alarm or anything on the truck? I'm not real good with electrical gremlins but those are the first things that come to mind.

Send a message via MSN to Jesse.James
I know some Ford radios are known for adjusting the volume on their own.

The only thing aftermarket in the truck is the Edge chip. I also heard that the body control module can do this and unlike the ecm module the bcm module does send anything to the check engine light.
