2005 F-250 no crank

Ok so the other morning I started the truck and the starter stayed on for about a min or two it fried the starter. So I got two new batteries new positive cable harness and a new starter now I have no crank at all. I checked fuses and relays all good power all through the fuse panel but no power getting to the plug on the passenger side fender that runs down to the starter. Where does it go after the fuse panel what could be doing it. Any help in this would be great.
