High beams and fog lights

Problem:

Just did this mod on the truck in my sig
Fog Light OverRide

Fog lights come on with the high beams switched on, but the high beam fuse (15A) blows instantly. Tried several fuses and even a 25A just to see. They all blow instantly

Double checked the wire grounded and it is the wire in #13 that is green with a black stripe. Everything worked fine prior to the mod and if I undo the ground wire added, it goes back to working fine again.

Any ideas ???????????????????????????

Figured it out. The cut wire (#13) was just touching the other end enought to complete the circuit. That will pop a fuse every time! Re taped both ends and problem gone.
