keyless entry problems

I have a 2003 f250 that had no keyless entry or remote start prior to me buying it. last summer I installed the ford vehicle security and remote start system and have had no problems with it until now. On thursday it work a few times just like it normally did and then after I got done with a class I came out and it didnt not open. later that night it did not work until I pressed the manual override button and it worked twice after that. I put some fuel in it and when I went to start it up it would not start so I pushed the manual override again and this time it would not turn over until I disconnected the batteries. It still has not worked from thursday night and its going on 3 days now. I'm just wondering if anyone has had this problem before. thanks in advance!
