High Idle 2004 (August) E-450 What Wire?
I have a 2004 (august) 6.0 on and E-450 chasis. Me and a buddy spent 3 hours on this today and got no where. According to the post I read the wire for the 04's is supposed to be LtBlue with green stripe...we could not find it anywhere in the truck. Could it be the late model 04's use the same color (pruple with green stripe) as the 2005's? We did find that color wire where you would expect but I was afraid to apply voltage to it in case it is the wrong wire becuase I don't want to damage my PCM or something else that doesn't want 12 volts applied to it.
ideas please?
