Ham radio setup

What all do i need to make this a complete setup? I know i need an antenna but don't know what kind to get?

Heres the radio i want to get

IC-208H VHF/UHF FM Transceiver - Features - Icom America

If you're willing to drill into your roof, I would suggest an NMO antenna mount, get a dual band antenna, and you'll be good to go.

I have a larsen dual band antenna, the coil is covered so there's less wind noise than an open coil antenna.

Ditto above, especially the NMO mount in the roof the absolute best mount. Antenna choice is wide open I also like MAXRAD antennas, There's a bunch out there,,,,,Remember the antenna can make or break you day...Good Luck....Steve
