'05 A/C Fan Up-Grades ???
My A/C air Output is weak compared to the Newer Trucks !! I blows OK for the way it came standard I guess but I have rode in a few other trucks and they will almost blow your sunglasses and cap OFF !!
Is there anything you can replace to make the fan blow harder and move more air ?? It would be nice as it is a hot sob here in South Texas right now

IF there is a way to make your fan move more air, the problem is that your evaporator coil and the rest of you’re A/C system is designed to provide a specific amount of BTUs of cooling. So lets say you were able to move more air you would end up with higher evaporator pressures and thus warmer outlet air, net gain = ZERO. The best way to move more air would be to turn the blower faster, find a higher HP blower motor and or a larger wheel for that motor. In a practical sense this is not a good solution. If you wanted to go to the trouble you could look into the A/C cooling system parts that are in an EX that has rear AC and maybe shoe horn rear A/C into your truck.

Get your blower motor re-wound. I've never heard of it being done, but it seems like you could do it.
