Trailer Lights

I have an 03 Excursion EB. The wiring on my trailer was cut and caused a short. I checked all the fuses and they seemed okay. However, at some time someone must have replaced the main fuse with the wrong size. Instead of a 20 amp they put in a 30 amp. Now I have no power going to the running lights prong in the factory plug mount under the rear bumper. I have turn signals and brake lights, but no running lights. Is there a module, relay, etc... besides the fuse that operate the runnings? Appreciate any help.

If the fuses are good, use a test lite to verify, best place to start is the wiring going into your plug, no power there keep back tracking the wire, most likley a brown one untill you you find a break or bring the problem back to the fuse box, as far as your main fuse being a 30 rather than a 20 not a biggy it should have no effect on your lights, those fuses are for 12V and electric brake power Aux1 and 2
